  • Payment must be completed before a test kit is dispatched.

4. Delivery of Test Kits

  • Test kits are sent to the address provided by the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring samples are returned correctly and promptly.

5. DNA Sample Submission

By submitting a DNA sample, you confirm that:

  • You are the owner or have permission from the owner

  • The sample belongs to the dog described

  • You provide accurate details about the dog

We are not responsible for incorrect or contaminated samples.

6. Turnaround Times

Estimated processing times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to laboratory workload, shipping delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Test Results

  • Results are delivered digitally.

  • Reports are for informational purposes only and should not replace veterinary advice.

  • Perro Genetics is not responsible for decisions made based on genetic results.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may request a refund before your test kit is dispatched.
Refunds cannot be issued after:

  • A sample kit has been used

  • A sample has been sent to the laboratory

  • Testing has begun

Damaged or missing kits will be replaced at no cost.

9. Limitation of Liability

Perro Genetics is not liable for:

  • Incorrect sample collection

  • Postal delays

  • Laboratory delays

  • Misinterpretation of results

  • Losses arising from breeding, purchasing, or veterinary decisions

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the test.
